TPS reminds parents to keep student immunizations up to date

Health Partners of Western Ohio is ready to serve families at the Toledo Public Schools Health Centers. Well-child visits can be scheduled to stay up to date on immunizations as the new school year gets under way.

Health Centers are located at the following high schools: Bowsher, Rogers, Scott, Start, Waite, and Woodward. The centers accept insured, under-insured, and uninsured patients. They offer sliding fees based on family size and income. No one is turned away for inability to pay.
