Two Green Hill School students already facing multiple charges for possession of controlled substances in a correctional facility and prison riots after getting into fights with other Green Hill students are now facing one additional charge each.

Both Joseph Allen Odden and Emiliano Charre-Nunez attended Lewis County Superior Court preliminary hearings for the new charges on Wednesday, Aug. 14.

Odden is facing an additional charge of possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility for marijuana, a class C felony punishable by up to five years in prison or up to a $10,000 fine. His anticipated release date from Green Hill is 2029.

He was advised by his attorney to plead not guilty to the new charge. Lewis County Superior Court Judge Joely Yeager set his arraignment hearing scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 15.

Charre-Nunez is facing an additional charge of knowingly possessing a cellphone or another form of telecommunication device in a state correctional facility. His anticipated release date from Green Hill is 2035.

Yeager set his arraignment for Thursday, Aug. 22, when Charre-Nunez will be arraigned for other charges he is currently facing.
