Where Is Clemson in Preseason AP Poll?

The preseason AP Top 25 Poll was released on Monday ahead of the upcoming college football campaign.

Clemson checked in at No. 14 in the preseason AP Top 25.

The Tigers are the second highest-ranked ACC team, behind reigning conference champion Florida State (No. 10).

Other ranked ACC teams include Miami (No. 19) and NC State (No. 24).

The ACC teams outside the preseason top 25 receiving votes in the AP Poll are Louisville (111), Virginia Tech (77) and SMU (33).

Clemson (9-4, 4-4 ACC in 2023) opens the 2024 season against Georgia — the No. 1 team in the preseason AP Top 25. The Tigers and Bulldogs will square off in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 31 (12 p.m., ABC).

Clemson is also ranked No. 14 in the preseason Coaches Poll that was released last week.
