    Defiance common pleas

    Jennifer Ankney, 44, 1130 Ayersville Ave., pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, and she was placed on probation for two years.

    Darrell Mawk, 54, address unavailable, pleaded guilty plea to unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony; and appeared for sentencing on a charge of failure to provide notice of change of address, a fourth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for two years with conditions, including that he complete the SEARCH program.

    Rebekah Miller, 32, Paulding, appeared for sentencing for aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a third-degree felony, and was placed on community control for two years.

    Anthony Rodriguez, 35, Stryker, appeared for sentencing on a charge of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. He was placed on community control for three years with conditions, including that he complete the SEARCH program.

    Juana Rodriguez, 47, 109 Seneca St., appeared for sentencing on two counts of corrupting another with drugs (marijuana), each a fourth-degree felony; and endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor. She was placed on community control for two years.

    Tommy Bigger, 31, Grafton (ODRC), pleaded guilty to 10 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a fourth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and his bond was continued. Sentencing was set for March 28.

    Ashley Ramirez, 37, 627 Riverside Ave., pleaded guilty to permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and her bond was continued. Sentencing was set for March 11.

    Gale Davis, 57, 02657 Ohio 66, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, each a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for March 7 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Leslee Newsom, 49, Stryker (CCNO), pleaded not guilty to engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a second-degree felony; and theft, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Feb. 27 and bond was set at $25,000 with a 10% allowance.
