    Fulton County grand jury

    WAUSEON — A Fulton County grand jury has returned indictments against a number of persons.

    Among those indicted were:

    • Mark Allen, 55, Toledo, for felonious assault, a second-degree felony; two counts of strangulation, third- and fourth-degree felonies; and domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. The indictment alleges that on Jan. 19 he caused, or created, a substantial risk of harm to another by means of strangulation or suffocation.

    • Andre Brown, 44, Toledo, for burglary, a second-degree felony; theft, a fourth-degree felony; and forgery, a fourth-degree felony. The indictment alleges that on Aug. 28 trespassed in an occupied structure and also, forged a check and stole a power washer.

    • Donald Clagg, 46, Toledo, burglary, a second-degree felony; theft, a fourth-degree; and receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. He is charged as a co-defendant with Andre Brown (mentioned above).

    • Chelsie Hartman, 34, Bowling Green, for felonious assault, a second-degree felony; attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony; two counts of domestic violence, one a fourth-degree felony, the other a first-degree misdemeanor; and two counts of strangulation, third- and fourth-degree felony. The indictment alleges that on Feb. 3 she caused, or attempted to cause, a substantial risk of physical harm to another person by means of strangulation.

    • Travis Schoenitz, 34, Delta, for felonious assault, a second-degree felony; assault; and domestic violence. The felony charge alleges that he caused serious physical harm to another person.

    • Garrett Aden, 22, 847 Deerwood Drive, Defiance, for attempted felonious assault, a third-degree felony; and two counts of menacing by stalking, each a fourth-degree felony. The charges allege that on Jan. 6 he attempted to cause serious physical harm to another person and engaged in a pattern of conduct that caused the victim to believe that physical harm was imminent.

    • Eduardo Lara Jr., 51, Archbold, for domestic violence, a third-degree felony; and assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.

    • Michael Fouty, 71, Wauseon, for 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony.

    • Ronald Kruizenga Jr., 33, Wauseon, for 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony.

    • Dorian Burress, 39, Wauseon, for two counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, each a fifth-degree felony.

    • Erica Gomez, 35, Wauseon, for two counts of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), each a fifth-degree felony; and two counts of endangering children, each a first-degree misdemeanor.
