Realtors hand out $21,000 in scholarships

VENICE — The Venice Area Board of Realtors presented 21 scholarships for $1,000 each to graduating seniors from Venice High School.

The funds were proceeds of the annual chili cook off and golf tournament. The Board’s Scholarship Committee handed out the scholarships.

The Board also honored members inducted into the Florida Realtors Honor Society for their activity at the local and state level and for educational activities and political involvement.
