Sara's got the bug

Sara Saunders, education programming coordinator for the Piney Point Lighthouse Museum, displays a hissing cockroach during the facility's May 11 event about bugs. Children attending the event learned about bugs living along the Potomac River shoreline. The educational session was the theme of the museum's "Second Saturday" program. The lighthouse museum will host another Second Saturday event in August, which will feature "shore combing for families/children and adults."
