FCPS hires contractor to remove mold from 13 Walkersville High rooms

Frederick County Public Schools has hired a contractor to remove mold from 13 Walkersville High School rooms. Cleaning began on Friday.

Paul Lebo, chief operating officer of FCPS, wrote in an email that the school will be ready to open on the first day of the academic year on Wednesday and that no areas are expected to be closed to students or the staff.
