It’s a packed Olympics schedule on day 15 of the Paris 2024 Games with Team GB keen to add to their medal collection on the penultimate day of competition.

Georgia Bell claims a stunning bronze medal in the women’s 1500m as Laura Muir missed out behind gold medallist Faith Kipyegon, who broke the Olympic record to run 3:51.29.

Caden Cunningham has secured at least silver after victory in the Men’s +80kg taekwondo semi-finals. The Briton draw 5-5 with Cheick Sallah Cisse but progressed due to landing more scoring shots and now has a shot at gold.

Noah Williams won Great Britian their first medal of the day with bronze in the men’s 10m platform. Williams added his second medal of the Games, after winning silver with Tom Daley in the synchronised event .

There are also two huge gold medal matches to look out for: first as the USA defeated Brazil as Emma Hayes won Olympic gold before the USA take hosts on France in the men’s basketball final .

Ethiopia’s Tamirat Tola won gold in the men’s marathon as he attacked a brutal Paris course that left all-time great Eliud Kipchoge struggling at the back of the field. Two-time champion Kipchoge was bidding to make history with a third title, but dropped out after 31km. Great Britain’s Emile Cairess battled to an impressive fourth place.
