Sweet Glory in the Sunset is a master of all things mille crêpe cakes. Every slice has 20 cream-coated layers of spongey crêpes, in flavors like pandan, durian, Biscoff, and Oreos. Each slice will run you between $10 and $12 (whole cakes can be preordered online). And we'd also suggest giving into anything else that's batting its lashes at you behind the display case, especially the sweet corn basque cheesecake or crème brûlée toast. Unlike the original Tenderloin location, this Avenues shop has a lot of seating, with both front and back dining rooms plus a sunny patio. You can always take your slices to Golden Gate Park. Though, admittedly, we’ve never completed the five-minute trek without taking a plastic fork to our dessert.
