Chiefs players opted for a casual look with their pregame fashion on Saturday

In recent years, many Chiefs players have dressed to the nines for the walk from their car to the locker room at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
That wasn’t the case Saturday ahead of the Chiefs’ preseason game against the Detroit Lions.
Most of the Chiefs players went with a casual look, likely because it was just a preseason game.
For starters, quarterback Patrick Mahomes dressed a bit more like a fan than the NFL’s best player. He wore a Chiefs cap and T-shirt along with what appeared to be his Mahomes 2 Impact FLX shoes from Adidas.
Mike Danna and Mike Pennel wore white T-shirts, while defensive back Nazeeh Johnson had a matching shirt and pants.
Travis Kelce went with the all-black look, including a subtle nod to the Chicago Bulls with their logo on his shorts. The best player in Bulls history? It’s Michael Jordan, and Kelce was sporting Nike Air Jordans.
Here is defensive end George Karlaftis.
Linebacker Drue Tranquill wore a Kansas City cap that has become quite popular among the players.
Offensive lineman Trey Smith also opted for a white T-shirt.
Running back Louis Rees-Zammit decided to go with a white shirt, too.
Here is wide receiver Rashee Rice walking to the locker room at Arrowhead.
Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Ekow Boye-Doe, the former Kansas State star, had a shirt and shorts.
Offensive lineman Jawaan Taylor wore a Hellstar shirt.
Defensive back Joshua Williams posed for a quick photo.
Running back Isiah Pacheco looked cool in his long-sleeve shirt.
Wide receiver Justyn Ross might have had the best T-shirt of all the Chiefs players on Saturday.
Wide receiver Skyy Moore also had a white shirt.
Offensive lineman Lucas Niang showed the sleeves can sometimes be overrated.
