Woman cited in fish case

A Monroe County Sheriff’s Office deputy issued a 30-year-old Fort Lauderdale woman a mandatory notice to appear in court citation last week for reportedly possessing three undersized mangrove snappers.

Lower Keys Marine Deputy Jacob Ladd was patrolling the No Name Key Bridge at approximately 8 p.m. when he reportedly found Alyssa Jane Harbina in possession of the undersized fish, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Adam Linhardt said.
