In the midst of divorce rumors , Jennifer Lopez's clique reportedly are not fond of Ben Affleck.
A source alleged to Page Six that Ben Affleck is not a favorite amongst J.Lo's inner circle specifically her longtime manager Benny Medina. Benny has apparently been a vocal critic of the actor-director since the days of the couple's failed engagement.
Benny began to manager the singer-actress in 1998 and significant in making J.Lo a household name during that time as she was on the rise. In 2003, they split way when J.Lo fired him and accused him of misappropriated her money. But the two mended their relationship a few years after the end of relationship with been the first time in 2004 and have been working together thereafter. Sources have told the publication that Ben was a factor in J.Lo parting ways in the talent manager at that time.

“The two of them can’t stand each other. They don’t get along and there’s still bad blood,” the Page Six source said.
Another source shared that he's been quiet about Bennifer 2.0 and has "kept his mouth shut” about them reconnecting and marriage in July 2022.
“His attitude was, ‘I’m gonna say nothing.’ [There] was no, ‘Good for you,’ but also, [he] wasn’t negative,” the source claimed.“He knows her and he knew she was going to marry him no matter what, so what’s the point?”
Ben reportedly also played a role in causing trouble in another relationship in J.Lo life which was with longtime best friend and actress Leah Remini. The two met in 2004 at a movie premiere and become friends through Marc Anthony who J.Lo was with at the time and Leah was friends with.
A source had told Page Six in the past that Leah tried to get J.Lo to think about why Ben and her broke up and in the first place before she rekindled the relationship with the Argo star again.

“Because he is selfish and not fully committed as a partner. J.Lo was so mad she cut off all ties,” they alleged.
Leah Remini didn't attend their 2022 wedding but according to TMZ , it was to spend time with her then 18-year-old daughter Sofia who was about to head to college. Leah and J.Lo have reportedly reconnected this year as the The King of Queens is supporting Lets Get Loud performer in her alleged marital troubles, per a source.
"No one, except [Lopez’s] mother, likes Ben Affleck. He’s a triple-A a–hole,” a second source claimed.
