Adele's savage on-stage assessment of Olympics Australian breakdancer Raygun

The Australian breakdancer , known as Raygun, has danced her way into Adele's heart.

Adele was performing in Munich as part of her 10-day residency there and took time between songs to talk about her love of the dancer who has become a meme online. Raygun represented Australia in the breaking event at the Paris 2024 Olympics , leaving people gobsmacked over her dance moves and odd choices.

Raygun, known by her real name Rachael Gunn, holds a PhD in Cultural Studies and is a lecturer in Sydney, Australia. Adele just had to talk about her, proclaiming her the "best thing that's happened in the Olympics."

"I have to ask you because it's all that me and my friends have been talking about last night after the show and I'm not saying anything," Adele said to the crowd, "I think it is the best thing that’s happened in the Olympics the entire time has anyone seen the breakdancing lady."

She continued: "Now I didn't even know breakdancing was even an Olympic sport these days, I think that's f-----g fantastic. I really, really do."

She then asked her band if they'd seen it - where some shook their heads no but her percussionist was laughing hysterically just remembering it. Adele then savagely admitted: "I can't work out if it was a joke but either way it has made me very very happy."

"Me and my friends have been s-----g ourselves laughing for the past 24 hours, but i just wanted to know if you've seen it," she continued.

Adele urged fans to watch the various videos of Raygun online. "If you haven't seen it please leave the show and google it because it is 'lols' it's my favorite thing that has happened in the Olympics this whole, whole time," she concluded.

At her concerts in Munich, Adele has brought up the Olympics before, pausing her concert to watch the 100-meter race in real time as it was projected onto the screens.
