    American Idol's Luke Bryan sells lavish Florida home for $12.95million after slashing price several times

    Luke Bryan finally found a buyer for his Florida mansion.

    TMZ reports that the country singer has sold his lavish Florida beachfront mansion that initially went on the market in 2022 for $18million. Before finally finding a buyer, he dropped the price three times for the listing held by the Martin Group.

    The 4,645-square-foot property is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and has has four-bedrooms, four-bathrooms with a 95ft of Gulf frontage, as well as a pool. The four-storey house has multiple balconies and Southern-style wraparound porches.

    Real Estate agent Hannah Martin posted about the property on Instagram and said "the estate was completely redesigned by bespoke Nashville designer Chad James, and architecturally recreated by renowned architect Geoff Chic."

    The home additionally has an elevator, commercial ice maker, a private stairway down to the beach, a garage for regular cars plus another for golf carts and a private gate. In February 2023, he dropped the asking price to $16million before lowering it again to $12.95 million for the Santa Rosa Beach home, per Taste of Country . He purchased the house for $2.5million back in 2013.

    In 2017, Luke's wife Caroline shared to Traditional Home that they nicknamed the property "Snowman" which is in honor of the Knockin' Boots artist's late brother Chris. Chris died in an car accident when Luke was 19.

    "Evidently, Chris wasn’t a great golfer,” Caroline told the outlet explaining where the name comes from which in golf means scoring an eight on a single hole. “Snowman became his nickname. We named our farm Red Bird Farm after Luke’s sister [Kelly] and wanted to honor Chris as well.”

    Luke's sister Kelly unexpectedly passed away suddenly in 2007 at 39. He and Caroline helped raise Kelly's children.

    Luke and Caroline first met when they were students at Georgia Southern University back in fall 1998 at a bar called Dingus MaGee. After meeting, they dated on and off before breaking up when Luke graduated college in 1999. The pair reunited and got engaged in 2004. They married in December 2006 in Turks and Caicos. The two share two sons Thomas "Bo" Boyer and Tatum "Tate" Christopher.
