The 16-year-old was snapped in the sun entering a parked vehicle with his arms full hauling his work out equipment after hitting a martial arts class. Knox is getting in shape this summer as he was seen leaving a Muay Thai class, sometimes referred to as Thai boxing, which is a full-contact combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps, and various clinching techniques.

In the snaps, Knox was seen with his hands wrapped in tight pink elastic bandage wraps and sported a cream-colored tee, brown shorts, and grey slip-on slides for the outing. Knox's brother Pax was rushed to the hospital after a near-fatal e-bike accident on Los Feliz Boulevard in Los Angeles. The crash occurred on July 29 and although it was reported that he was "stable" after the incident, an insider recently updated that he has "a long road of recovery" ahead of him and suffered multiple injuries to his head and hip.

Pax suffered complex trauma from the accident and is now beginning a long journey to recovery including physical therapy treatment. According to law enforcement sources who spoke to TMZ, Pax crashed his electric bicycle into a stationary vehicle at a busy intersection when the traffic light turned red. The driver of the vehicle then immediately exited the car to check on him before emergency responders rushed to the scene.

After the incident, a source close to the Girl, Interrupted star told People: "He's uncomfortable and will need further treatments. Still, he was very lucky. It could have been much worse since he didn't wear a helmet. Angie was shocked and worried when she got the call about the accident, but the other kids are supporting Pax as best as they can."
