Another person is in the know about Willow and Drew on General Hospital .
At the Quartermaine boathouse, where James was hiding as he ran away from his mother Maxie Jones, Spinelli, grandparents Mac and Felicia. Willow went back to grab something back at the boathouse and Nina appeared to talked to Willow about her decision to go back to nursing and resign from the charity New Tomorrow Institute.
While hiding, James overheard Willow explaining why she was resigning which Nina acknowledged they both knew why: Drew. Willow got emotional as she said she was feeling so guilty after kissing Drew at the Fourth of July party and can't risk it happening again .

She cried as she said she loves her husband and didn’t expect to be that person to have feelings for someone else. Nina asked her what is about Drew. Willow began to explain and started off saying a part of the attraction is that he’s not her husband.
As she anguished about how horrible she feels talking about why she is attracted to him, she elaborated further to Nina that Drew risked his life for her and saved her by going to Greenland. She admired that he fought to keep himself together after going to prison and all he wants to do is give back to the community as well as be a good dad.
She added that Drew doesn’t hold back in comparison to Michael who keeps things from her. When Nina responded that what Michael is withholding from her, if true, might not be necessarily bad. Willow agreed and said she knows Michael is trying to protect her but how Drew treats her like she is strong enough to handle truth and he would never lie to her. By the end of the conversation Nina reassured Willow she was not a bad person, she just made one mistake and is doing what is best for her family.

While James is listening to all of this, fans on social media began to come up with theories that the little boy will be the one to expose Willow and Drew and their indiscretion. On the General Hospital subreddit for the August 15 episode, a fan wrote: "Ooooooh something tells me that James spills the beans about Drew and Willow because no one can blame a child for outing two cheaters." A second Reddit user said: "I have a feeling James is gonna tell Violet and she is gonna tell Sasha, who already knows."
On X formerly Twitter a fan said: "James getting all the tea so he can drop it at the right time." A second fan said: "Can't wait to see who James tells first that Willow is a little lipsl-t lol."
