    Texas rapper BeatKing dies suddenly aged 39 as cause of death remains unclear

    Justin "BeatKing" Riley has sadly died at the age of 39, his manager has announced .

    The musician's cause of death is yet to be revealed. The news was announced by his manager Tasha Felder on Thursday night in an emotional Instagram post . She wrote: "Today, August 15, 2024 we have lost @Clubgodzilla. BeatKing has been the best part of the club for over a decade.

    "He has produced and worked with so many artists, that his sound will forever live. He loved his daughters." Tasha finished her post by saying he loved his music and his fans before adding: "We will love him forever."

    Fans flocked to the comments to pay tribute. "I’m sorry for your loss!! This just shocked tf out of me. Everybody loved bro!!," one person wrote.

    Another said: "Nah man. I was hoping this was some type of mistake," while a third person echoed the comment: "I was hoping this wasn’t true!" Someone else added: "We need people like Beat King foreverrrrrrrrr this one hurt! Praying for you and everyone who ever came in contact with him infectious positive energy that will last a life time. Thank you King."

    A fifth fan commented: "Producer community just took a loss." BeatKing was well-known for his impact on music in Texas and across the South in the early 2000s.

    Over the course of his career, the musician collaborated with iconic artists including 2 Chainz and Moneybagg Yo and Erica Banks. BeatKing was most well-known for his songs Then Leave, which was his most recent chart success, and Scream.

    His music was hugely popular among club-goers. BeatKing is survived by his two daughters, who were often mentioned in his music and social media posts.
