Since the death of legendary Hollywood stuntman Antonio “Tony” McFarr in May, his daughter has asked police not to release photos of his remains.

Tony’s body was found days after his death, an autopsy report later revealing that alcohol poisoning and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease played a role in his passing. The famous stunt double is best known for his work with Chris Pratt in Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxy. Following Tony’s passing his 21-year-old daughter Jade McKee filed a complaint against the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the District Nine Medical Examiner’s Office.

She’s requesting that the officers keep themselves from disclosing pictures that show her father the way he was found when he died.

“In the process of [their] investigations, it is believed that defendants created records which may include photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, statutorily protected autopsy information, and all other statutorily protected information,” Jade’s filed complaint reads.

The complaint also stated: “Upon information and belief, certain news and media outlets have filed or plan to file public records requests pursuant to the Florida Public Records Act... requesting Defendants release the records to the public.”

According to the Daily Mail, “the records, attorneys for the family wrote in the filing, 'graphically depict [McFarr], his likeness or features, or parts of him,' and are in possession of police and medical examiner's office.”

Jade and her paternal grandparents, who filed the complaint with her, asked for a court order to stop agencies from showing the photos to the public. It’s asked in the complaint that was filed in Orange County Circuit Court, that there be “a temporary and permanent injunction precluding [the] defendants from releasing the records to anyone except... [McFarr's] surviving parents and daughter.”

Tony’s cause of death was ruled as the result of an irregular heartbeat, a problem with his heart valves, and his history of alcohol abuse by the Orange County Medical Examiner. The official added that his body was already decomposing when he was found unresponsive in his home in Orlando, Florida.

The medical examiner confirmed that Tony was dead at the scene. Tony was born at the Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, Florida, living in the Sunshine State for most of his life. For over a decade, he would travel to Hollywood to do stunt work for films such as Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Furious 7, and Captain America: Civil War.
