Prince Harry has shared a heartfelt video discussing "healing and saving lives," just days after his much-publicized reunion with Prince William .

The video was released in anticipation of the 2025 Invictus Games , set to take place in Vancouver, Canada. The Duke of Sussex, who will celebrate his 40th birthday next Saturday, delivered the touching message in a video posted on the @InvictusGames25 account on social media platform X.

In the video, Prince Harry stated: "Sport has the ability to heal, to change lives and to save lives. For so many of these competitors, getting to the start line has been one of the hardest moments of their life. But at the Games, their lives are changed. Watching these magical moments happen, and sport being the facilitator of that, is very, very special for all of us to witness."

This message comes shortly after Harry reportedly flew to the UK to attend the private funeral service of his uncle Lord Robert Fellowes. The service was also attended by William, with whom Harry's relationship has been tense for several years.

Harry established the Invictus Games in 2014, and it has been a passion project for him ever since. The games highlight the abilities of wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women.
