    Surprise: Woodmore football is one of five unbeaten area teams after Week 2

    Carson Ridener ran in from 65, 13 and 11 yards, Blake Nickel from 1 yard and Brady Losie (nine yards) and Cooper Schultz (30) caught touchdown passes from Mike LaLonde as Oak Harbor scored 41 points in first quarter Friday in a 48-0 shutout of Toledo Woodward.

    Four scores took one play and two others came on the second play of a possession in the first quarter. Ayden Gaskalla capped the scoring with a 4-yard run in the second quarter.

    Woodward had minus-45 yards on 26 carries, one yard of total offense and four first downs. Braxtin Witt intercepted a pass for the Rockets (2-0).

    Port Clinton 43, Rossford 7

    Wyatt Yarbrough tossed five touchdown passes, including scores covering 71 and 68 yards to Briar Rohrer for Port Clinton (2-0). Gavin Cornell caught touchdowns for 22 and 7 yards, and Wyatt Siefke for 14.

    Malakii Pinkelton added touchdowns runs of 53 and eight yards.

    Rossford returned kickoff 86 yards for a touchdown as Port Clinton led 25-7 at the half.

    Clyde 49, Toledo Start 25

    Cole Sengstock, Price Carter and Brayden Olson caught touchdown passes from Brennan Wilson and Jonathan Lantz connected with Sengstock and Hayden Rex for Clyde (2-0). Adam Young and Mason Flewelling each rushed for one score for the Fliers.

    Gibsonburg 56, Seneca East 34

    Reece Walby rushed for three scores and Grant Smith two for Gibsonburg (2-0). Grant Dawson rushed for a score and Luke Foster caught a touchdown pass from Cam Mooney.

    Woodmore 44, Montpelier 14

    Landon Rich rushed for 218 yards and two scores on 19 tries for Woodmore (2-0). Michael Seeger added two touchdowns on the ground and Cole Potridge one.

    Kyle Mangus kicked a 26-yard field goal for a 24-14 lead at the half. Montpelier had eight total yards on nine plays in the second half.

    Mangus caught a nine-yard touchdown pass from Gavin Herrig in the fourth quarter.

    Bellevue 28, Wauseon 7

    Ike Brown rushed for two scores and added a 37-yard touchdown pass to Mason Flicker for Bellevue (1-1). Flicker added a score on the ground.

    Genoa 38, Toledo Bowsher 8

    Myles Mollenhauer completed a touchdown pass to Jaxon Magnone for Genoa (1-1). Ryan Routson, Luke Clement and Josiah Clement each rushed for a score.

    Cam Agler kicked a field goal for the Comets. Logan Routson intercepted a pass on defense.

    Lakota 35, Arcadia 0

    Grant Bomer caught two touchdown passes from Jalen Wagner, and Nate Grigson caught a touchdown pass and rushed for another for Lakota (1-1).

    Nick Elchert added a touchdown reception as first-year coach Ryan Lozier earned his first career victory.

    Western Reserve 42, Margaretta 14

    Carter Luzader caught an 11-yard touchdown pass from Jake Bouy and Tripp Limberios rushed for a 5-yard score in the second quarter for Margeretta (0-2).
