Prentiss County charges three men with felony drug possession

BOONEVILLE – Traffic stops on sequential days led to the arrest of three men on felony drug charges.

Shawn Holt, 53, of New Site, was the passenger in a car that pulled up to a safety checkpoint on July 12 at the intersection of Highway 30 and County Road 3501. The female driver was arrested on misdemeanor charges and a warrant from Tishomingo County. Holt was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $5,000.
