Prentiss County women charged with child endangerment

BOONEVILLE – Two Prentiss County women have been indicted on felony child abuse charges after children in their care were found to have illegal drugs in their blood streams.

A recent Prentiss County grand jury indicted Alexis Nicole Thompson, 24, and Penny Michelle Moore-Palmer, 43, both of Booneville. Each has been charged with three counts of child endangerment — children testing positive for controlled substances.
