PB Catch is revving up its deals and offers for oyster and lobster fans.

The seafood restaurant and raw bar’s new “house oyster” is a beloved crustacean that originated in France and now thrives in Maine: the belon.

Belon oysters — said to have a meaty chew and strong briny flavor — will be served through June at PB Catch; they’ll be offered again starting in September when the harvest resumes.

All oysters are half-price on Thursdays at PB Catch, 251 Sunrise Ave.

Meanwhile, starting May 22, every Wednesday though at least August will herald a Maine lobster special: a steamed 1½ pound lobster with a choice of sauce for $45.

Plans call for larger lobster sizes (market price) to also be available Wednesdays. Guests are encouraged to preorder them by calling in advance.

For more information, call PB Catch at 561-655-5558 or visit www.pbcatch.com.
