    1 LAST THING

Social media, is it overall good or overall bad? I’m leaning towards overall bad. I would say, there’d be a lot less drama in the world without it. There’d be a lot less fights and arguments. Nowadays, you see kids that are like 6 or 7 years old with a phone in their hand. I think back in the day, to when our parents were kids, they didn’t have that and their knowledge with outdoors, cars, the real world, all that stuff is so much stronger than what we are. Nine times out of 10, you get a kid in high school and ask them how to change a tire, they don’t know. Without social media, by getting out in the real world, I think they could learn that.

We routinely draft student-athletes to participate. However, to volunteer to “Face the Musick,” local middle and high school athletes can contact Carmen via email at carmen.musick@therogersvillereview.com or ask about it at a game.
