Editor’s note: Every week we will pick a fun Zillow listing to feature online. It may be the most expensive, the best buy or even the best home hidden by plants. While we will do our best, we hope you’ll send a fun listing or two if you come across a wacky Zillow listing. Email arocha@recordnet.com.

A 1932 brick and stone home meets modern, is the 26th Zillow listing in our weekly series.

The single-family home is 1,514-square-foot and was built 92 years ago. The remodeled home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a formal dining room, a cozy nook, and a basement.

This home is priced at $449,995.

"This delightful brick and stone home, constructed in the 1940s, has undergone a stunning remodel while retaining its inherent charm," the listing agent wrote on Zillow. "Inside, fresh paint complements beautifully crafted new flooring and updated bathrooms."

The monthly payment, assuming you put down 20%, would run you about $2,897 a month.

"Additionally, it offers the convenience of inside laundry, basement with access from within the home and a detached garage," the listing agent wrote on Zillow. "Situated conveniently off the miracle mile on a quaint street near the University of the Pacific, it offers easy access to local shops and restaurants within walking distance."
