Here’s how to watch Kansas football’s 2024 season opener against Lindenwood

LAWRENCE — Kansas football’s 2024 regular season is set to kick off Thursday at home against Lindenwood.

The Jayhawks are coming in off of back-to-back bowl game appearances, something the program hadn’t accomplished in more than a decade. They’re coming off of a bowl win in 2023, the Guaranteed Rate Bowl, which is also something the program hadn’t done in more than a decade. All in all, they went into the offseason with a 9-4 record that could have been even better.

So, it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise Kansas is about to start one of the most highly-anticipated seasons it’s had in years. On top of that, head coach Lance Leipold’s squad is ranked No. 24 in the US LBM Coaches Poll. The Jayhawks are, understandably, Big 12 Conference contenders.
