Arrest made in shooting death of Pineville man, police report

A Natchitoches man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed a man Wednesday afternoon on Lee Street in Pineville, according to a Pineville Police Department news release. He is being held without bond at the Rapides Detention Center.

A Pineville man with a gunshot wound was transported to a hospital, where he died from his injuries, the release said.
