Sam’s Club reveals new hot dog recipe after 2 food court changes – but it’s still cheaper than Costco

SAM’S CLUB is offering a new perk for members who use its food court.

The wholesaler is offering a new kind of hot dog — but it’s part of the same deal the wholesaler is known for.

Fans of the brand’s Member’s Mark Cheddar Cheese Pork Frank can now get them directly from the food court.

The new dog is being sold in addition to the typical beef hot dog.

The new recipe includes pork and cheese inside the sausage.

While not quite as famous as the Costco food court’s hot dog, Sam’s Club’s version is cheaper than its competitor.

Members can buy the sausage for $1.38 — lower than Costco’s $1.50 price point.

Both stores sell their hot dogs as part of a combo, meaning a drink is included in the price.

Some are skeptical.

“Naw I only eat beef hot dogs,” one shopper said on Facebook.

But the company is offering an incentive.

For a limited time, members who order a cheddar hot dog in the cafe but use scan and go can get a discount.

The discount is on the packaged version of the hot dogs.

You can get $2 off, the company said on Facebook.

It’s not clear when the deal will end, or if the cheesy hot dogs will stay in the cafe.

Employees on Reddit suggested it was only for a limited time.

The new hot dog isn’t the only recent change to the Sam’s Club cafe.

Fans recently mourned the loss of churros from the menu.

The removal happened shortly after Costco began phasing out its churros.

Sam’s Club also launched a new dessert.

Some Sam’s members will face a fee increase in just days.

Customers have vented that the company is “gouging” with the perk change.
