Barrie, who has eight kids via surrogacy, shot to fame in 1999 for being Britain’s first gay dad with ex partner Tony.

To help him with his busy lifestyle, he has put out an advertisement for a “valet/personal assistant”, and there is still time to apply.

The staff member will be Barrie’s “right hand hand” and will get to travel with him as he splits his time between his multiple mansions.

It reads: “This position is based in the UK, however there is significant travel to the USA & Asia.

“The ideal candidate should be able and willing to work away from home and they should have no issue with travelling and being away for weeks, and sometimes months at a time.

“As a Valet/Personal assistant you must be able to provide support to the Household team and the Principle.”

Duties will include “cataloguing, organising, and caring for the principles’s wardrobe”, including offering clothing suggestions and “assisting him with dressing.”

They will also help with arranging household help, facilitating schedules, organising transport, running errands and be in charge of a team of up to 10 team members.

In addition to this, they will “work with the chef to produce a menu that works for the Principle”.

No formal experience is necessary, but the personal assistant should be “upbeat and articulate” with a “can-do service-oriented attitude.”

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with 10-hour day hours, and pays between £30,000 to £40,000 for the right person.

Speaking to Fabulous, Barrie said: “I have had so many people already applied and I have been interviewing all week.

“It is a job in itself trying to find the right person.”

Barrie previously revealed he had gifted his baby granddaughter Marina a swanky £1million house and a £5million trust fund when she was born.

Barrie split from husband Tony in 2019, but they still share a home in Florida so they can co-parent their family

The Manchester-born businessman, who is reportedly worth a staggering £200m, took to Instagram last year to announce that his daughter Saffron, had given birth to a baby girl.

Barrie is used to £20,000 meals out and living in seven lavish mansions around the world, including in Florida and Essex.

Barrie and ex Tony made their money from various business ventures including a trans-Atlantic surrogacy business and a global medical research company.

They also earn cash from real estate.

Giving up his millions, he was recently forced to live on a council estate with a £57 budget for a week on Channel 5’s Rich House Poor House, as he swapped lives with a struggling mum.

Meanwhile Barrie, who made history with ex-partner Tony for being Britain’s first gay dads to twins Saffron and Aspen in 1999, handed over his £6million Essex mansion and chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce to single mum Ocean for the TV experience.

Upon arrival, the council flat was a far cry from the houses he lives in, which have a minimum of six bedrooms and full 24/7 staff including a driver and personal barman.

At the end of the experience, he prompted Ocean to break down in tears, investing £250,000 in her baby food business.

Speaking of the experience, he said: “I know half the country is struggling right now and I feel for them, I wanted to maybe help at least one family have a better future and taking part in this show, it has helped me to do that.”

The millionaire has forever ruled out shopping at bargain retailers Lidl and Primark in the future though, and added: “Hell no! It is just disposable clothing and horse meat, no thanks.”

A few years ago, Barrie confirmed he had fallen for daughter Saffron’s ex Scott, and they are now engaged, and share Valentina and baby Romeo, who both arrived via surrogate.

BARRIE Drewitt-Barlow and ex-husband Tony were Britain's first gay dads, fathering a twin boy and girl through surrogacy.

The couple met in 1987 when Tony stopped at a petrol station in Manchester to ask for directions.

At the time, Tony had won the runner up prize in the the New Scientist of the year award.

The pair went to court to be allowed to have same-sex parents on the birth certificates as “parent one” and “parent two” instead of “mother and father”. It was a historic case for the LGBTQ community.

Saffron and Aspen were conceived using the donor eggs of one woman, Tracie McCune, and were then carried in the womb of another woman, Rosalind Bellany.

Although Barrie and Tony each fathered a child, they have never revealed which dad is the biological father of which twin as they want to be equal parents.

They have made their money from various business ventures including a trans-Atlantic surrogacy business and a global medical research company. They also earn cash from real estate.

The couple split in 2019, after Barrie confirmed he had fallen for daughter Saffron’s ex Scott.
