GWEN Stefani has canceled her upcoming show in New Jersey later this month.
The Sweet Escape singer made the announcement on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, August 10 – one week before her performance at Hard Rock Live at the Etess Arena in Atlantic City.

Gwen , 54, said the cancellation was the “result of a recent injury,” adding the decision had been taken “in consultation with my doctors.”
“I am so sorry and we are planning to reschedule the show as soon as possible,” her message read.
The Voice coach added that ticketing platform Ticketmaster will email all ticket holders “as soon as the new show is announced.”
Gwen did not share any further details about her injury at the time of writing.
Gwen confirmed she would be performing at the iconic music venue on June 24, ahead of tickets going live, in a Facebook post .
“Atlantic City !! can’t wait 2 see u on August 17 at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City,” she wrote at the time.
Gwen wore a pair of jean shorts with fishnet tights for the outing, as she and Blake, 48, listened to Post Malone’s new songs from his upcoming album F-1 Trillion at Music City’s Marathon Music Works.
She completed her outfit with a red and white baseball t-shirt and white cowboy boots.
Blake is among a handful of country music artists that have collaborated with Post Malone, real name Austin Richard Post, on his new album that releases on August 16.
Their song together, titled Pour Me A Drink, was released one month ago.
Blake also shared the same picture on his Instagram , writing, “Hey Gwen, thanks for saving my 2020… And the rest of my life.. I love you. I heard a YES!”
Less than a year later, on July 3, 2021, the couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Blake’s Oklahoma ranch.
The two seem to have now found their forever loves , after leaving a trail of drama from past relationships behind them.
Her decision to return to The Voice comes amid reports Gwen “picked” the show over touring with No Doubt, the rock band Gwen founded in 1986.
Insiders told The U.S. Sun that No Doubt was planning to head out on tour after their reunion at Coachella Festival in April.
SOLO ACT
The critically-acclaimed headlining show sparked a renewed interest in No Doubt, with the band reportedly being offered gigs across the country.
The plan ultimately fell through, leaving Gwen free to return to The Voice, a source said.
They added that Gwen felt like she “didn’t need the band” because she “lands many solo gigs playing their old hits alone.”
“She gets private bookings all the time to do solo gigs and of course she plays those songs,” the insider continued.
“It is a business decision really. ‘Go to work and take in all the cash on your own or split it several ways?’”
Representatives for Gwen did not respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment at the time.
A representative for NBC declined to comment regarding Gwen’s salary for The Voice.
