Crystal Palace line up £45m Chelsea double transfer swoop with Eagles ready to spend big on Chukwuemeka

CRYSTAL PALACE are willing to spend big on Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka.
England Under-21 ace Chukwuemeka, 20, could be squeezed out of the first-team picture at Stamford Bridge under new coach Enzo Maresca .

The ex-Aston Villa prospect is looking to play regularly and Palace are waiting for the nod to make an offer for him.
Eagles would shell out over £20million for Chukwuemeka, as they have been looking for some extra attacking magic since selling Michael Olise to Bayern Munich for £50m last month.
He fits their bill of a rising star who could develop like Olise and Eberechi Eze .
The ambitious South London outfit would also take centre-half Trevoh Chalobah, 25, on loan from Chelsea — but are shying away from a £25m buy.
Blues want a permanent deal but if that stance changes towards the end of the window, then Palace will come in.
Eagles coach Oliver Glasner is also a fan of French centre-half Maxence Lacroix, 24, who plays German side Wolfsburg, but Chalobah is the alternative.
Palace’s England hero Marc Guehi is still waiting to see who might come in for him.
Newcastle have been trying but are not a major step up for the defender, 24, and the Londoners think they can see off that threat.
