PATRICK Mahomes wants some credit for Travis Kelce making some changes to his style recently.
Kelce has sported a buzzcut hairstyle for a long time but is growing it out for this NFL season.
On top of his new long hair, Kelce has also ditched the mustache in favor of a full beard, at least in his official team photos.
In training camp, he can still be seen sporting the mustache that Swifties fell in love with.
With Kelce making the style changes out of nowhere, Patrick Mahomes has an idea of where they may have come from.
“You got the old man (Kelce),” Mahomes said.
“I’ve been trying to get him to grow his hair out and all of a sudden, Taylor gets him to do it.”
Swifties are calling Kelce’s new look a “glow up,” and are raving about it on social media.
“Look at that glow up! #inhisswiftera,” one fan said.
“My first season of cheering him on!!! My fav NFL player and team now!!!” another fan said.
“Good luck on a great season!!” a third fan said.
“What a gorgeous man!” a fourth fan said.
“Travis Kelce is the GOAT,” a fifth fan said.
Kelce is sporting his new look ahead of a monumental season for the Chiefs.
They are looking to become the first team to three-peat in the NFL.
The Chiefs kick off their season with a huge matchup against the Baltimore Ravens, who they defeated in the AFC Championship game last year.

“It wasn’t like we have talked about it openly but after the Super Bowl (this year in Vegas) you saw that we were saying that we have got to go and do it,” Mahomes said at training camp.
“But since we’ve gotten back, it’s just football. I mean, we know what the process is – the day by day process of just getting better.
