She was readmitted last week with an infection.

That meant she was unable to join survivors of the Southport stab horror when they met pop star Taylor during her run of five recent concerts at Wembley Stadium.

A pal of Leanne wrote on Facebook: “As many of you have seen on social media, Taylor Swift met affected families of the Southport attack at the tour in London.

“This hasn’t been possible for our huge Swiftie fan Leanne, as she has now been scheduled for an operation at a more specialist hospital.

“My best friend was a hero on July 29.

“She really needed this boost and deserved this after what she has been through yet her trauma continues and deepens.

“She is suffering greatly with her mental health and the past week has worsened this due to her physical health set back.”
