OASIS brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher will today unveil a mammoth run of stadium tour dates after confirming to The Sun they had reunited.

Four huge concerts at Wembley are expected to be announced for next year — with other gigs across England , including home city Manchester , Scotland , Wales and Ireland.

They both teased an announcement late on Sunday — when the band’s logo appeared on their social media with the date “27.08.24” flickering to read “8am”.

Insiders told The Sun the warring brothers had secretly come together for a photoshoot which would be used to promote the gigs, which are a joint operation between promoters Live Nation and SJM.

It was the first time Liam , 51, and Noel , 57 — whose hits included mid-1990s chart-toppers Wonderwall and Don’t Look Back in Anger — had been in a room together since the band split in 2009.

A music industry insider said yesterday: “Oasis’s comeback tour is going to be absolutely massive and next summer they’re going to be taking over the country.

“They will announce four shows at Wembley Stadium today, along with a load more dates across the whole of the UK — including in Manchester, which will be incredibly poignant for them.

“Live Nation and SJM have joined up on the project because it’s so enormous. In short, today there are going to be a ton of tickets available – Noel and Liam want everyone to have the chance to see them.”

The Sun confirmed yesterday that they were getting back together , with the shows expected to rake in £400million.

    The atmosphere was ‘electric’

And today, we can reveal that the green light for the project was given only seven weeks ago.

Industry sources told us the pair’s management teams had quietly thrashed out a deal. It took months to iron out the details.

Confirmation was given last month and the wheels were set in motion, with everyone involved in the comeback made to sign non-disclosure agreements to keep details of the tour top-secret.

Liam and Noel, who have both been touring this year, secretly met for a photoshoot to accompany the posters which will be released today.

It is something so many people never thought would happen. But now the brakes have been taken off and it’s going to be mad

Insiders said the atmosphere was “electric” as the brothers came back together, with many involved in the project admitting that they never thought they would see the day. Our source added: “It was a pinch-me moment to have Noel and Liam together. It has taken a lot to get them to this point but they’re thinking of the fans.

“The shoot was top-secret and barely anyone knew about it. For their fans to see them together again will be an amazing sight, the atmosphere in the room was fizzing, it was electric.

“Once the announcement is made and their fans are rushing to buy the tickets, the hard work will start as they get ready to start performing together again. It’s something so many people never thought would happen. But now the brakes have been taken off and it’s going to be mad.”

The tour, which will begin next summer, will see Noel and Liam taking fans on a trip down memory lane with their eight No1 albums.

Those close to the band said Noel had previously feared not giving fans a good enough show if they were to reform for gigs.

But he admitted he was buoyed after seeing the success of Blur’s huge comeback last year when they played two shows at Wembley .

Although the groups were Britpop rivals in the ’90s, Noel has grown close to Blur singer Damon Albarn .

And Damon told The Sun last May: “I can guarantee they’re going to reform. In fact, I’ve put money on it. They’re brothers and it would be wonderful to see them reconcile.”

Liam has long pushed for the reunion and used social media to tell fans how much he wanted to reunite with Noel. Replying to a fan on social media who said of the reunion: “Been saying this and no one believed me,” Liam simply wrote: “Same.”

Their last concert together was at V Festival at Weston Park, Staffordshire, in August 2009. Days later, the band cancelled a headline gig at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris shortly before they were due to perform, following an argument backstage.

Noel explained: “It’s with some sadness and great relief to tell you that I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer.”

Our source said: “Noel and Liam have had their differences but for this project it’s the music they care about. They’ll be going all out.”

DEAR DEIDRE: HOW WILL I GET BRUV TO STAND BY ME 15 YEARS ON?

    https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=4UcO9n_0vAiB1kH00

I HAVEN’T spoken to my brother for 15 years and now we’ve been thrown together on a work assignment.

We used to get on just fine and Roll With It but then things turned ugly and began to Slide Away.

I once called him “a man with a fork in a world of soup”. And I also attacked him with a cricket bat.

But he called me “tofu boy”, a “pouting potato” and an “angry squirt”. It was enough to turn me to Cigarettes & Alcohol.

How do we mend this relationship?

When we meet again should I punch him in the face or kiss and Shakermaker up?

    Mr N Gallagher

DEIDRE SAYS: Sibling rivalries and fallouts can run deep.

So if you’re going to make a success of this new venture, you’re both going to need to try something new — starting by treating each other as equals.

A good place to work from would be no more name calling.

We are all familiar with seeing young brothers and sisters bicker and fight over toys.

It is also sometimes over who sits where and bragging rights and, sadly, many of those children don’t ever grow out of that conflict pattern.

Sibling rivalry often begins with jealousy, vying for their parents’ attention, undermining their brother or sister and ultimately trying to make them feel as inadequate as possible.

But, in reality, all these behaviours show a deep insecurity and often low self-esteem.

So for a more harmonious relationship . . . Don’t Look Back In Anger . . . and start to look forward to a more equal future.

You will see a huge improvement if you treat your brother with respect and celebrate both of your individuality.

And let’s face it — the stakes at risk here are high — your sibling relationships are the longest you will have in your life.

If you can get it right, you’ve got a friend for life.

You’ve got a support for life, you’ve got somebody who knows you inside out.

And you can both Stop Crying Your Eyes Out.

That’s because no matter how vicious the conflict, with sibling fallouts when it comes right, it’s never about the rupture — but about the repair.
