The Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida thrift store houses a lot of great deals for shoppers seeking a bargain.

Located at 2054 State Road 436 in Winter Park, Florida, the store sells lost and found items from Walt Disney World.

Shopper Genesis ( @beercutieandfoodie ) headed to the thrift store and was surprised at all her great finds.

In a TikTok video from February, she shared insight into her shopper experience at the Boys & Girls Club thrift store.

Genesis noted that the store offered a great selection at very low prices.

Several lost and found items for sale included clothing, hats, toys, shoes, and backpacks.

The content creator, however, noted that the “really good stuff” was found behind the glass counters.

She said she spotted several limited edition Mickey Mouse ears as well as designer sunglasses.

Genesis saw Ray Bans, Prada, and Gucci sunglasses for up to 80% off.

“The real deal – not fake. I snagged so many,” read the text overlay.

In the caption, she shared that the name-brand sunglasses were on sale for just $40 and she purchased a “pair of pricey rare Mickey ears” for $9.99.

    DISNEY DEALS

The Disney theme parks retain lost and found items for around three months and then donate them to local charities.

Some charities, such as the Boys & Girls Club, operate thrift stores where the treasures are resold.

The shipments of lost goods typically contain a ton of branded Disney items, which sell out quickly once brought to the thrift store.

The shipments, however, can feature anything guests may have lost while at the parks.

The Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida thrift store is located at 2054 State Road 436 in Winter Park, Florida – around a 50-minute drive from the Disney parks.

The thrift store receives shipments from Disney World’s lost and found every three to four months.

Shoppers can score items such as clothing, hats, toys, and backpacks at a discounted price.

The store sells both branded Disney items as well as anything park goes may have left behind, including brand-new items from Disney Springs stores.

The thrift store is open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday, and 11 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

Luckily for visitors to the thrift store, this can even include new items bought at one of the Disney Springs stores.

“A lot of items are brand new things people purchased in Disney parks, they leave them somewhere in a bag and they don’t claim them,” said Betsy Owens, vice president of marketing and community relations for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida.

“We’ve gotten brand new Oakley sunglasses with the tags on them.”

The proceeds from the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida thrift store are used to help support 12,000 children in the area.

“Disney is a huge supporter of the Boys & Girls Club,” said Owens.

“We are fortunate to be one of the local charities that they are extremely generous to. This is just a small fraction of their overall support.”

To keep up to date with the store’s sales, unique items, and restocks, fans can follow its Facebook page .

The Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida thrift store is around a 50-minute drive north of Disney World.

One thrifter found a special $5 baking dish they “never thought they’d own” – it sells for $500 because of the “starburst” design.

Plus, aside from the thrift store, a deal hunter scored five mini-fridges and three microwaves completely free by visiting colleges .
