NFL Network also revealed the signings of former NFL players Manti Te’o and Isaiah Stanback and analyst Nate Tice.

Rivera brings 14 years of head coaching experience, most recently with the Washington Commanders .

The NFL team fired him after the 2023 season.

Still, Rivera won NFL AP Coach of the Year twice.

He has made numerous analyst appearances for ESPN and NFL Networks, including the popular program Good Morning Football .

Te’o played in the NFL for eight years and was a Heisman Trophy finalist at the University of Notre Dame.

The 33-year-old made his debut on GMFB earlier his month.

Tice is currently a full-time writer for Yahoo .

He took the role after previously writing for The Athletic.

A former Wisconsin walk-on quarterback, Tice also has experience as a former NFL scout.

Stanback used to play in the NFL as a wide receiver and tight end.

Similar to Rivera and Te’o, he has recently appeared on NFL Network.

Rivera, Te’o, and Stanback will appear regularly on GMFB and GMFB: Overtime.

The latter program will be a new two-hour series and stream free on The Roku Channel.

Tice will be an analyst on various NFL Network shows.

The latest additions come after NFL Network took part in cost-cutting measures earlier this year.

The league-owned network let go of Melissa Stark, Andrew Siciliano, James Palmer, and Will Selva.

The 2024 NFL season will begin on September 5 when the defending back-to-back Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs take on the Baltimore Ravens .

It will be a rematch of last season’s AFC Championship when the Chiefs defeated the Ravens 17-10.
