TIME is running out for two lucky lottery players who each won a $50,000 Powerball jackpot earlier this year but have yet to claim their prize money.

The winning tickets were both purchased in March 2024 and lottery officials have urged players to check their tickets before it is too late.

The first ticket was bought in a convenience store in Louisiana, according to Powerball officials.

The unidentified player won $50,000 in a Powerball drawing on March 18.

After purchasing their ticket at a Brother Food Mart, they matched four numbers as well as the Powerball.

The winning numbers of the drawing were 10, 17, 20, 39, and 44, and the Powerball was 16.

This lucky winner has just eight days to come forward and claim their winnings.

The second $50,000 Powerball jackpot winner purchased their ticket at a QuikTrip in Missouri.

They bought a ticket for the drawing on March 25.

This unknown player also matched four numbers and the Powerball.

The winning numbers were 7, 11, 19, 53, and 68, and the Powerball was 23.

This winner has 15 days left to claim their winnings.

So for both players, the clock is ticking.

    POWERBALL WINNERS

One lottery player came close to winning the whopping $93 million Powerball jackpot on Wednesday night.

The individual, however, narrowly missed out on this hefty sum after matching five of the six winning numbers but not the Powerball.

But despite this close call, the player still managed to pocket $1 million.

The winner, however, is yet to be identified.
