BREAKING: Turnpike Troubadours concert canceled at State Fair due to weather

FAIRLEA W.Va. (WVDN) – The State Fair of West Virginia has announced that the Turnpike Troubadours concert scheduled for this evening has been canceled due to weather concerns. Fair officials released the following statement:

“‼️ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to inclement weather and with safety as our top priority, the Turnpike Troubadours concert has been canceled. Weather predictions are calling for 2-3” rain and >30 mph winds.

“Please do not call the fair office. Refunds will be automatically issued within 72 hours.

“The fair will remain open but the situation may change. Stay tuned to our social media channels for the most up-to-date information.

“Thank you for understanding.”
