Cautiously Conversing: However, being aware of your surroundings and sometimes the person you are conversing with is important. That is because you may be speaking with Jermaine Powers, a 42-year-old male who stands 5'11" tall and weighs 215 pounds.

Currently, he is "wanted in Jefferson County on felony warrants charging him Failure To Appear for Rape 1st Degree and Rape 2nd Degree," according to a social media post by Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.

Is Jermaine Powers a Possible Repeat Offender? According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Sex Offender Registry, Powers' name did not populate in the state's registry. Interestingly, within a one mile radius of his address live 17 registered offenders.
