HIGH POINT, N.C. — Arrest warrants are out for four people in connection with an animal cruelty case in High Point. Animal rescue groups said they took in 114 dogs and cats from a home on Prospect St. in mid-May. They said some puppies and kittens were found dead. They said the animals were found in poor condition. Rescue groups called this a hoarding case.
