10,000 NES customers lose power from Tuesday night thunderstorms
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Tuesday night’s thunderstorms left thousands of people in Nashville without power. NES said the strong wind and heavy rain took down trees and electric lines. Power trucks and NDOT road crews were out in neighborhoods across the city on Wednesday working to clean up the damage.
