Middle Tennessee Cross Country 2024 Schedule: Challenging Meets Across States
The 2024 Middle Tennessee Cross Country schedule, announced by Head Coach Keith Vroman, includes four regular season meets leading to the Conference USA Championship at Jacksonville State. MTSU aims to replicate last year's success where both men’s and women’s teams clinched the CUSA titles. The season begins with the Memphis Twilight Classic on August 31, followed by the Southern Showcase, Gans Creek Invitational, and the Arturo Barrios Invitational in Texas. The CUSA Championships are set for November 2, with NCAA Regionals and Championships following in Florida and Wisconsin, respectively.
Serious crash shuts down I-24 West in Antioch
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A crash involving multiple vehicles forced the Tennessee Department of Transportation to shut down the interstate in Antioch on Wednesday morning. The incident occurred just before 10 a.m. on I-24 West at the Bell Road exit ramp. TDOT cameras showed one vehicle came to rest on its side in the right lane.
