MSP: Barry County undersheriff cleared in Hastings investigation, won't return as coach
HASTINGS, Mich. — An investigation into parental concerns regarding Barry County Undersheriff and former Hastings Public Schools baseball coach Jason Sixberry has ended. In an update Monday, Michigan State Police confirmed to News Channel 3 that Sixberry did not engage in any criminal behavior with his players, and the case will not be forwarded to the Barry County Prosecutor's Office.

Main Event to Open Michigan Location
Woodland Mall in Kentwood, Mich., will soon be home to a Main Event facility, according to WOOD. The 49,000-sq.-ft. entertainment center is scheduled to open on Aug. 14. Laser tag, video games, bowling and other entertainment are staples at Main Event, as are the popular restaurant and bar areas with menu items like fried pickles, funnel cake fries and a cotton candy Shirley Temple.
