CARTER, Wis. (WLUK) -- A new rock-inspired restaurant and entertainment venue in Forest County officially opened Tuesday, with a little help from a Rock & Roll Hall of Famer. KISS co-founder Gene Simmons was in attendance at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Rock & Brews restaurant at the Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Carter.
