Area Man Falls Asleep at the Wheel, Crashes into 500-Gallon Propane Tank
TIONESTA TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — State Police in Marienville say an area man was involved in a one-vehicle crash after falling asleep at the wheel. According to PSP Marienville, the crash happened at 5:07 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, on Route 36, just south of Jameson Run Road, in Tionesta Township, Forest County.
FedEx driver was drunk in delivery truck crash that cut power to 800 properties, police say
A FedEx driver crashed his delivery vehicle into a utility pole in Warren County and faces charges including driving while intoxicated, police said Thursday. The 46-year-old driver was traveling west on Route 46 in Hackettstown about 3 p.m. Tuesday when he dropped his cellphone, the town’s police department said in a news release.
