Cleveland Department of Police adds Land electric motorcycles fleet
Following a $3 million investment to battery manufacturing and design, Cleveland, Ohio-based electric mobility manufacturer Land recently introduced its two-wheeled electric vehicle (EV) to the Cleveland Department of Police’s fleet. According to Land, its urban EV, dubbed “The District,” can silently navigate on- and off-road, from dirt trails to alleyways and parking lots. The electric motorcycle is powered by portable electric battery packs (Core) that Land said are easy to recharge with a standard power outlet or swap a low battery with a fully charged one.
