Growing up, I absolutely loved chicken pot pies, the perfect anytime comfort food. As I got older, I found myself still craving them, but I didn't always have the time it took to properly make them. Fortunately, this recipe for chicken pot pie pasta is a quick and simple one pot meal that is just as delicious without all the mess and work. It is absolutely perfect for dinner after a long day, taking less than 30 minutes to prepare, and because it is a one-pan recipe, clean-up is as easy as pie.
