The July meeting of the Tioga County Woodland Owners Association will be held on Sunday, July 21 at Island Park in Blossburg at 1p.m. Before the meeting, there will be a presentation on the comprehensive river restoration project that has been taking place at the park over the previous two years. The Tioga River flows along the edge of Island Park; the river had suffered from decades of pollution and neglect.
