Post-season runs end at states for major and junior all-stars
What a season for the Titusville/Mid-East/Cochranton Junior and Titusville Major League all-star teams. Both teams ended up playing for a state championship this past week. The majors got off to a rocky start in the section tournament dropping a 4-1 game to Punxsutawney. They then battled back from the losers bracket winning the next four games, including beating Punxsy twice in row 3-0 and 5-4.

Area youth hoops ambassador found his ‘home’ at VC
